Madagascar are that it is warm all year around. Also, the sun shines
most of the time, even though it rains about twice a week. Some
holidays people in Madagascar celebrate are January 1 is New Year's
Day, April 9 is Easter Monday, May 1 is Labor Day, June 26 is
Independence Day, November 1 is All Saint's Day, and December 25 is
Christmas Day.
Madagascar is located in the Indian Ocean. It is
right off the coast of Africa. Most of the people in Madagascar are
Catholics and enjoy learning about their religion. There were about
11.86 million people in Madagascar in 1993 and by the end of the 20th
centuary there is an estimated guess that there will be about 70
million people there.
A lot of wild animals come from Madagascar. There
are the lemurs, viverrids, tenrecs, fruit bats and insect eating bats,
flying foxes, and a ton of birds.
