China is located on the
Eastern side of Asia. The size is a little smaller than the
United
States. In the south, it is tropical, and in the north, it is cold.
Since July of 2007,
the population of China is 1,321,851,888. The main religions are
Daoist,
Buddhist, Christian, and Muslim. The capital of China is Beijing. China
is the
fourth largest country. The chinese has a different calendar than
the United
States, and it's called the Lunar schedule. Red is considered a lucky
color in China.
China is the world's largest producers of cotton and silk. Ice cream
was invented in
China around 2000 B.C. because the chinese packed soft milk and rice
mixture in
snow. The Great Wall Of China started over two and a half thousand
years ago.
Chess is a favorite pastime game.
