The Vikings have had an exciting history of winning.

For instance in 2008 Vikings played the New York Giants. The
Giants were winning 27-23. The Vikings were challenged for the points
to win the game. First they tried to run it in the end zone, but it
didn't work. There was only less than 20 seconds left in the game. They
tried to run it in the end zone again, but it didn't work. There was
less than 10 seconds left in the game. Then they thought that they
could kick for the points. They tried to make the kick. About
then was the time when the kick had made it through the goal posts
and the football touched the ground with only 1 second left. The
Vikings had the lead and won.

The Vikings have broken some records in the past.

Some of the players have been put in the hall of fame. One of
the players is Randall McDaniel.
