Cuba has two systems working side by side. They have free
education provieded by the socialist
peso economy, free health care, employment for everyone, disability and
retirement benefits and the basis needs of life:
food, housing, appliences and some entertainment at very low cost. The
cuban economy is still recovering from a decline in product production
of 35% 1989-1993. The cuban economy is a communist territory where
people are lucky to be alive.
